Payment & Refunds 
Full payment is due upfront. No refunds once we’ve started engraving.  
Timing is usually 1-5 days depending on size of order. Rush may cost extra. 
We’re careful, but can’t replace your item if damaged. 
Only send designs you own the rights to. We may refuse anything offensive or illegal.
